HAZECO Invitation to E-Bids for Supply of Materials to Abbottabad Regional Store

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-Bids on a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis for the procurement of listed materials on FCS delivery to the Deputy Manager Regional Store, Abbottabad. Only online submissions through the E-PADS portal (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk) are acceptable; bidders must register and follow PPRA procurement procedures.

Original bid security in the name of Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited, Abbottabad must be delivered to Room No. 209, Manager (SCM) Office, HAZECO HQ, Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad before the bid closing time and a scanned copy uploaded with the e-Bid. Bids must be valid for 80 days and bid security must remain valid 30 days beyond the bid validity. HAZECO reserves the right to accept or reject bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
