Corrigendum: Pre-Qualification — Chief Minister Punjab Schools Meal Program (2026-27)

Project Director, Strategic Management Unit (SMU), School Education Department, Government of the Punjab issues a corrigendum to the Pre-Qualification Notice for the Chief Minister Punjab Schools Meal Program (2026-27). Eligible manufacturers, authorized suppliers, distributors, firms and joint ventures are invited for prequalification for the supply and delivery of nutritious food items under the Programme. The corrigendum extends the last date and time for submission and opening of prequalification applications.

Pre-qualification applications must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PADS). All other terms, conditions, eligibility criteria, qualification requirements and provisions of the original Pre-Qualification Document (PQD) remain unchanged and continue to apply. This corrigendum forms an integral part of the original Pre-Qualification Notice and the Pre-Qualification Documents.

Complete electronic proposals must be submitted online. The Pre-Qualification Document (PQD) may be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and department procurement portals, for example: http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk, https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/VendorTender.aspx and https://schools.punjab.gov.pk.
