Issuer: Pakistan Expatriates Cooperative Housing Society (PECHS), Valencia, Lahore.
Purpose: Pre-qualification of reputed and experienced construction firms for turnkey (with material) construction of a commercial building comprising seven (7) floors on a 3.5 Kanal plot located on Defence Road, Lahore. Tender documents will be issued only to pre-qualified contractors.
