Tender: Framework Rate Contracts for Medicines & Dialysis Items – Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan DHQ Hospital, Faisalabad

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan DHQ Hospital, Faisalabad. Sealed bids are invited for framework rate contracts for local purchase and supply of medicines, disposable items, SSP medicines and dialysis items for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement will be carried out through the Punjab e-Procurement system (e-PAQS).

Key conditions and submission instructions:

- Eligible bidders: companies/firms/authorized distributors or retailers registered with Income Tax (filer) and active Sales Tax registration. Authorized distributors, service dealers, chain pharmacies with sound financial background may apply.

- Bidding method: Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage – Two Envelopes) under Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014. All bids must be submitted through e-PAQS: https://punjab.eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must be registered as suppliers on e-PAQS to participate.

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost. Bid security must be valid for 120 days and furnished as CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque from a scheduled bank. The original CDR/guarantee must be submitted to the Medical Superintendent’s office half an hour before bid opening.

- Receipt and opening: Online submission deadline 2026-08-10 at 11:00 AM. Contractors may attend the Medical Superintendent’s office for bid opening on 2026-08-10 (technical bids opening scheduled at 11:30 AM).

- Payment & claims: SSP-purchased items will be claimed through State Life and payments disbursed through Health Council budget after Health Council meeting.

- Taxes & documentation: Applicable taxes (Income Tax, GST) will be deducted as per government rules. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates and other documents required in bidding documents must be provided.

- The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject bids, cancel the tender proceedings at any stage and to claim any clarification as per rules.
