Issuer: Ministry of Interior / Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police — Project: Expansion of Safe City Islamabad. Applications are invited from qualified and experienced professionals for on-open competitive recruitment on a contractual basis for positions required for the Safe City expansion project in Islamabad.

Certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2, ITIL or specialized ICT/security certifications are advantageous. | At least 10 years’ experience in large-scale ICT / Safe City / command & control centre projects; 3–5 years in leadership roles managing multi-stakeholder government projects (planning, implementation, M&E, reporting). |
| 2 | Deputy Executive Officer (Civil) (PPS-08) | Up to 40 years | 16 years education in Civil / Architectural / Building Engineering. Additional certifications in construction management preferred. | At least 5 years’ experience in building design, construction supervision, BOQs and site operations. Experience supporting ICT infrastructure sites (poles, shelters, power rooms) is preferred. |
| 3 | Deputy Executive Officer (Software) (PPS-08) | Up to 40 years | 16 years education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent. Certifications in Agile/Scrum, DevOps or secure coding preferred. | Experience in enterprise software development, integration and system implementation. Experience deploying/managing solutions for surveillance, command centres or public-sector platforms; familiarity with APIs, analytics, VMS/VAS and database environments. |
| 4 | Assistant Executive Officer (Traffic/ITS) (PPS-07) | Up to 35 years | 16 years education in Electrical, Computer Science or relevant engineering field. Training in ITS, traffic control systems or signal optimization preferred. | At least 3 years’ experience in Intelligent Traffic Systems (including AI/ML related solutions). Experience with sensors, controllers, adaptive traffic management and ITS/central integration preferred. |
