Tender: Construction/Rehabilitation of Minority Worship Places & Residential Colonies — Building Division Bannu (ADP 2025-26)

Issuer: Communication & Works Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Executive Engineer, Building Division Bannu invites electronic bids on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) under KPPRA procurement rules 2014 (Single Stage Two Envelope) for works under ADP 2025-26 (Scheme Code No. 210371, S. No.49).

Scope: Construction and rehabilitation works for worship places and residential colonies of minorities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Two sub-heads are listed in the notice.

Bid documents and Instructions to Bidders (Bid Solicitation Documents) can be downloaded from the C&W web site (aprocur.gov.pk) or kp eprocure portal (kp.eprocure.gov.pk). Original copies of call deposit for bid security must be enclosed in the Technical Proposal and reach the office before the closing date/time. Bid documents may also be obtained from the office on any working day against a cost of Rs. 3,000 (as per notice).

Procedure & conditions: Bidding via EPADS using KPPRA single-stage two-envelope procedure. Submission of forged or misleading documents will result in disqualification and possible legal/financial penalties. Financial bids will be opened only after approval of Technical Bids by the competent authority.
