Tender: Supply of Earth-Moving Machinery & Vehicles — Directorate General Agriculture Engineering, Quetta

Purpose: Electronic bids are invited for supply of earth-moving machinery and manufactured vehicles & accessories under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules–2014.

Tender identifiers: TSE-2627071134951; DPRQ PRQ No.396/27-7-2026.

Fees &bid security: Tender fee 1,000 PKR. Bids must be accompanied by bid security of PKR 2,000,000 in the form of a deposit at call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned.

Eligibility & conditions: Bidding firms must meet eligibility requirements including completion of five assignments of similar nature, minimum turnover of PKR 20,000,000 in previous years, presence on the Active Taxpayers List, valid sales tax registration, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Joint ventures are not permissible.

Procedure & submission: Procurement method is Single Stage One Envelope. Only electronic bids will be accepted via the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) / BPPRA supplier dashboard; no physical bids will be accepted. Tender documents and NIT are available electronically from the BPPRA website.

Deadline & opening: Last date/time for electronic submission is 2020-08-19 12:00 PM. Tenders will be opened the same day at 01:00 PM on the EPPS system.
