Invitation to Bid — Construction of Civil Services Cooperative Housing Society Guest House, Hawksbay Karachi

Issuer: Civil Services Cooperative Housing Society, Karachi.

Purpose: Procurement of construction contractor for the Guest House of Civil Services Cooperative Housing Society at Hawksbay, Karachi. Single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure will be used. Bids must be accompanied by the required bid security in the form of Pay Order / Bank Draft / Bank Guarantee in favour of Civil Services Cooperative Housing Society, Hawksbay, Karachi. The successful contractor will complete the work within Twelve (12) calendar months.

Mandatory submission documents (as stated): valid PEC license/renewal, relevant specialization where required, active registration, completion certificates or evidence of execution of similar building works in the last five years (minimum three projects), evidence of satisfactory performance and no litigation/blacklisting, and other documents listed in the bidding documents.

Bidding documents: A complete set of bidding documents is available for purchase from NESPAK A&P Division (4th Floor, NICL Building, Abbas Shaheed Road off Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi) upon submission of a written application and payment of the non-refundable document cost. Bid submission is to the same NESPAK A&P Division address.
