National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Government of Pakistan, invites applications for a Short-Term Expert (Media Coordination & Content Writer) under the PMYSDP (2023-27) program. This is an 89-day engagement (extendable subject to satisfactory performance) based at NAVTTC Islamabad.

Preference given to MS/Phil in the above subjects.	Minimum 5 years relevant experience producing creative content and communication materials. Responsibilities include: Developing content: media briefs, reports, research notes, narratives for social media, articles, case studies, whitepapers and e-books. Creating social/digital media content: posts, banners, one-pagers, fact sheets, data visualizations and program descriptions. Drafting press releases and presentation materials; preparing content in both English and Urdu. Monitoring media, preparing performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs), measuring media reach and engagement. Coordinating promotional campaigns across digital and traditional channels; liaising with journalists, influencers and media partners. Supporting event communications, public awareness initiatives and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of all communication outputs. Strong written and oral communication skills required.
