National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Government of Pakistan, invites applications for a short-term expert in Media Coordination & Content Writing under the PMS/MPD (2023-27) programme. This is a contractual short-term post (89 days, extendable subject to satisfactory performance) based at NAVTTC Islamabad.

Preference given to MS / M.Phil in relevant fields. | Minimum ~5 years’ relevant experience producing creative content, media briefs, reporting, graphics, research material and narratives for news and social media; writing content for banners, one-pagers, dashboards, graphs, program descriptions, case studies, whitepapers and e-books; drafting press releases; preparing high-profile presentations; producing social media material and short notices in English and Urdu; coordinating promotional campaigns across digital and traditional media; media monitoring and reporting; building relationships with journalists and media partners; supporting event communications (press conferences, campaigns, public awareness); preparing monthly communication reports with KPIs, reach and engagement metrics; strong written and oral communication skills. | Short-term (89 days, extendable).
