The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony invites applications from prospective new entrant companies seeking accreditation as Private Hajj Operators (Munazimeen) for Hajj-2027 under the Private Hajj Policy of Pakistan 2027–2030. Applications will be assessed on prospective capability, financial capacity and organizational readiness under the Prospective Capability Matrix (PCM).
Prospective entrants must provide supporting evidence including past Hajj operational experience, Saudi-side contracts and other documentation as required by the PCM. The PCM can be downloaded from the Ministry website: www.mora.gov.pk.
