The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony invites applications from prospective new-entrant companies seeking accreditation as Private Hajj Operators (Munaazem) for Hajj-2027 under the Private Hajj Policy of Pakistan 2027–2030.
Applications will be assessed solely on prospective capability, financial capacity, and organizational readiness using the Prospective Capability Matrix (PCM). Applicants are not required to furnish evidence of past Hajj operational experience or Saudi-side contracts. The PCM can be downloaded from the Ministry website.
