Medical Superintendent, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan DHQ Hospital, Faisalabad invites sealed bids for framework rate contracts from eligible, financially sound bidders (companies/firms/authorized distributors/retail chain pharmacies) registered with Income Tax (filers) and Sales Tax (active) for procurement and supply of the items listed below for the financial year 2026-27.

Key Requirements & Submission Details
- Procurement will be carried out through the e-procurement system. Bidders must be registered on the relevant e-procurement portal to participate.
- Bidding will follow Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage–Two Envelope) procedures. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals as specified.
- Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required. Bid securities must be valid for 120 days and submitted in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favor of Medical Superintendent, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan DHQ Hospital, Faisalabad.
- Bids must be submitted by 2026-08-10 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM in the office of the Medical Superintendent in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
- Bidding documents and detailed terms are available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and the Punjab e-procurement portal. Prospective bidders should obtain and review the bidding documents before submission.
- Payments for SSP purchased items will be claimed through State Life and disbursed through Health Council Budget after Health Council meeting, as specified in the tender conditions.
