Key instructions and conditions:
• 5% earnest money in the shape of pay order/bank draft must be enclosed with the tender bid in favour of DG Pakistan Coast Guards.
• Rates quoted by firms should be valid up to 30-06-2027.
• Bidding documents containing details, quantities, terms and conditions can be obtained from Headquarters Pakistan Coast Guards, Kayani Shaheed Roads, Saddar, Karachi-3 on any working day between 09:00 to 12:00 hrs until the closing of the tender.
• Pre-qualification will be strictly followed as per PPRA Rules 15 to 18.
• Pakistan Coast Guards reserve the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per PPRA Rules.
• Headquarters Pakistan Coast Guards may disqualify a supplier/contractor if submitted information is false, inaccurate or incomplete as per PPRA Rule 18.
