THQ Hospital Jalalpur Pirwala — Framework Contract Tender (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Jalalpur Pirwala. Invitation for electronic bids on the e-Procurement System (e-Pak Acquisition Disposal System — EPADS) at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk for framework contracts of medical, surgical, dialysis and related items for Financial Year 2026-27. Bids will follow Rule 38(2)(a) PPR-2014 (single stage, two-envelope procedure).

Eligibility: Bidders, suppliers, manufacturers or firms engaged in trading registered with relevant authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax), holding a professional tax certificate for FY-2026-27 from the Excise & Taxation Department, and registered on the e-Procurement System (EPADS).

Bid security: Electronic bids must include a scanned Bid Security of 2% of the estimated price in the name of Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Jalalpur Pirwala in the form of CDR / Bank Guarantee / Demand Draft / Pay Order. The original instrument of bid security must be delivered to the office of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Jalalpur Pirwala prior to the closing date and time. Late bids will be rejected. The relevant bank branch issuing the bid security should also send a scanned copy to [email protected].
