Regional Police Officer invites e-procurement bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 for multiple framework contracts. Bidding is open to firms that are registered, financially sound and registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities for the financial year shown in the tender documents.

Tender documents are available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website and must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) system at http://g.punjab.gov.pk. Procurement will be carried out under the Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
Submission deadline: 20.08.2006 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM. Bidders are advised to upload their bids on the Punjab e-Procurement system well before the submission deadline and not to wait until the last moment. The procuring entity will not be responsible for any delay or technical issue. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late bids or bids submitted by any mode other than the Punjab e-Procurement system will be rejected. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with Rule 36 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
