Issuer: Police Department, Police Response Unit (PRU), Lahore. The PRU Lahore invites open competitive bids (lot-wise) for framework contracts for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement system in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Key conditions: bids to be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement portal; bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost required (under Rule 37 of PPRA 2014); on acceptance successful bidders must furnish performance security equal to 5% of the total contract value.
