National Police Foundation (NPF) invites applications from qualified, experienced and motivated professionals for contract appointments on an initial two-year basis (extendable). Positions are full-time and based with NPF; selection will be through test/interview. Degrees/certificates must be from HEC-recognized institutions where applicable and professional registrations (PEC/Bar Council) are mandatory where stated.

Experience in Government/Semi-Government and large-scale organizations preferred. | Max 45 years |
| 2 | Assistant Director (Works) | 01 | Master's/Bachelor's (16 years) degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with minimum 05 years' experience in civil works, infrastructure, housing/real estate management for large-scale public or private housing schemes. | 3 | Assistant Director (Procurement & Coordination) | 01 | Master's degree in Management Sciences, Business Administration (MBA), Public Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent. Experience in procurement, tendering, supply chain and vendor management including public procurement rules and related documentation; oversight of procurement and supply chain operations. | Max 35 years |
| 4 | Assistant Director (Testing & Assessment) | 01 | Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Public Policy or a related field with relevant experience in testing, assessment and data management for recruitment/HR processes; responsible for maintaining confidentiality and security of candidate data. | Max 35 years |
| 5 | Assistant Director (Litigation) | 01 | LLB or LLM (16 years) from an HEC-recognized institution with minimum 05 years' post-qualification experience in litigation, preferably in High Court/Government sector or as in-house counsel. Responsibilities include managing litigation, legal advisory, coordination with external counsel and ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual obligations. | Max 35 years |
General instructions: Appointments are on contract for an initial period of two years, extendable by one year subject to performance and organizational requirements. Government employees should apply through proper channel. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview; no TA/DA will be admissible. NPF reserves the right to increase/decrease or cancel the recruitment process.
