This is a public notice regarding the voluntary winding up of a company under Section 347 of the Companies Act, 2017. A voluntary winding-up resolution has been taken and a liquidator has been appointed to wind up the company’s affairs.
The appointed liquidator will be entitled to reimbursable expenses in the course of administration. Creditors, claimants and other interested parties are requested to contact the liquidator with any claims, proofs of debt or queries as directed in the notice.
