Public Auction of Confiscated Vehicles — Senior Civil Judge Office, Sialkot — 24 July 2026

Issued by the Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division), Sialkot, the Chairperson Auction Committee will conduct a public auction of old, unclaimed and confiscated usable and unusable vehicles on an “as is, where is” basis. The auction will be held on 24 July 2026 (Friday) at 10:00 AM at Regiment Chowki Cantt, Sialkot.

Vehicles may be inspected during office hours at Regiment Chowki Cantt, Sialkot. The successful bidder must deposit one-third of the bid amount immediately and pay the balance within seven days; failure to pay within seven days will result in forfeiture of the deposited one-third to the government. Advance income tax at 10% (20% for non-filers) must be deposited in the government treasury before removal. Registration will proceed on receipt of the Forensic Science Laboratory, Punjab report; the cost of the report and all applicable taxes and charges are payable by the bidder. The Chairperson/authority may cancel any bid or all bids without assigning reasons before issuance of the final auction order.
