The Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Wah Cantonment announces that according to board records the permanent rights in Property No. 468-D (Survey No. 16) Lala Rukh, Wah Cantt are recorded in the names of several persons. Co-owner Manzoor Hussain died on 13.06.2024, and legal heirs have applied to transfer the permanent rights in the property to the named successors.
Anyone having any objection must submit it with supporting evidence to the Office of the Cantonment Board, Wah Cantonment, by registered post or in person within 15 days of this notice’s publication; otherwise the board will proceed as per rules and no further appeal will be entertained.
