| Key Responsibilities | Drive talent acquisition and retention; design performance and reward frameworks; lead learning & development and leadership pipelines; implement succession planning; modernise HR policies and services; support culture change initiatives. |
| Minimum Qualifications | At least 16 years of education in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organisational Psychology, Management Sciences, Social Sciences or a related discipline. Higher qualifications and recognised HR professional certifications (e.g., SHRM/CIPD) are desirable. |
| Experience | Extensive progressive HR/OD leadership experience including senior HR leadership roles; experience in public and/or private sector; experience in ICT sector is preferred. |
