e-Bidding Notice — Sanitation & PCC Streets Works (Tehsil HQ Mardan) — Submission by 2026-08-03

Office of the Assistant Director (Senior), Local Government & Rural Development Department, Tehsil (HQ) District Mardan invites re-bidding through the EPADS e-bidding system for sanitation and PCC streets works. Bids are invited on the basis of single stage single envelope procedure from government contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year.

Key instructions & requirements:

- Tender documents and tender form must be downloaded from the official EPADS website; submission shall follow the EPADS electronic original tender forms procedure.

- Earnest money (2% of estimated cost) must be in the shape of a call deposit in favor of Assistant Director LG&RDD (Senior), Mardan.

- Last date/time for submission of electronic original tender forms: 03 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Electronic opening: 03 August 2026 at 12:00 PM.

- Online clarification window up to 05:00 PM on 2026-07-27.

- Eligible contractors must have relevant PEC codes as per the specification in the bidding documents; contractors must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and FBR where required; registrations and securities must be valid for the current financial year.

- Bidders quoting discounts up to a specified percentage must submit additional bid security as detailed in the bidding terms. Non-responsive or materially inaccurate submissions may be disqualified under KPPRA rules and related regulations.

- Bids will remain valid for 84 days from the closing date.
