Aror University Sukkur Auction of Unserviceable Stores (Tender NIT/AUS/PC/2026/06)

Issuer: Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sukkur.

Purpose: Invitation for sealed bids under Single Stage – One Envelope procedure for auction of unserviceable stores and scrap material on an "As Is, Where Is" basis.

How to obtain bid form: Bid form available from the Office of the Procurement Officer on submission of a demand draft / pay order for Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) in favor of The Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sukkur.

Inspection: Interested bidders may inspect the auction material at Aror University, Sukkur during working hours (09:00 AM to 08:00 PM) up to the inspection deadline stated in the notice.

Submission: Sealed bids on the prescribed bid form, along with a non-refundable binder fee of Rs. 3,000 (by pay order / demand draft in favor of The Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sukkur), are to be submitted to the Office of the Procurement Officer. Bids will be opened on the date and time stated in the notice (submission time shown as 12:00 PM with opening at 12:30 PM).

Payment & removal: The successful bidder must deposit the full auction amount within seven (07) working days of issuance of the Letter of Acceptance; failure will result in cancellation of award. The successful bidder must remove the auctioned material from university premises at their own cost within three (03) working days after payment and issuance of the release order.

Terms: Auction conducted strictly on an "As Is, Where Is" basis; no claims regarding quantity, quality or condition will be entertained after bid submission. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the auction process in accordance with Rule 25 of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010 (as amended).
