VRI Lahore Cantt Tender: Supply of Green Fodder & Poultry Feed – Deadline 2026-07-30

Veterinary Research Institute (VRI), Lahore Cantt invites e-bids on the Punjab e-Procurement System for supply of fodder/feed for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System may download specifications and tender documents free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement portal and PPRA website.

Submission & bidding instructions:

- Single-stage two-envelope procedure will be applied. All bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

- Bid security: 2% of the total estimated cost in the form of CDR/Banker's Cheque/Bank Guarantee in favor of Director, VRI Lahore. The bid security must be submitted/deposited on the Punjab e-Procurement System along with the technical bid; otherwise the offer shall be rejected.

- All e-bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 2026-07-30. E-bids will be opened on the same date 30 minutes after the closing time.

- Performance guarantee: amount equal to 5% of the total bid amount to be deposited as performance guarantee (PPRA Rule 56) before award of supply order.

- Tender documents and specifications are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. All procurement procedures shall be governed by PPRA rules 2014 as amended.
