Irrigation Department Kashmore — Invitation for Annual Quotations / Bids for Procurement 2026-27

Executive Engineer, Kashmore Division, Kashmore (Irrigation Department) invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) from interested suppliers, contractors, firms and authorized dealers in accordance with SPPRA Rules, 2010 (Amended 2019) under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure for procurement of goods, works and services for the financial year 2026-27.

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Bidding documents must be supported by the prescribed bid security in original (call deposit) and the non-refundable tender fee; bids without these will not be entertained.

- Bidders must be registered on EPADS and hold active NTN and SRB tax registration; submit copies of valid registration certificates, CNIC and an affidavit on stamp paper confirming the firm has not been blacklisted.

- Quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes prevailing at the time of bidding; rates must be registered with provincial and federal tax authorities.

- The Procuring Agency reserves the right to verify submitted documents, reject any or all bids, accept/reject the lowest bid, and to disqualify bidders for forged/fake documents or corrupt practices in accordance with SPPRA rules.

- Payments subject to fund availability and satisfactory verification; no escalation claims for market fluctuation, taxes or fuel prices will be entertained.
