CTD Faisalabad Region Tender Notice for Goods & Services (FY 2026-27)

Central Transport Department (CTD), Faisalabad Region invites sealed tenders based on a framework contract in accordance with PPRA Rules for the financial year 2026-27 for provision of various goods and services under multiple heads of account. The estimated cost of the tender is PKR 22.22 million.

Key procurement heads include:

Submission and opening:

• Submission deadline (sealed bids): 2026-08-05 at 11:00 AM.
• Bid opening: 2026-08-05 at 11:30 AM (same day) in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
• Bids must be addressed to the SSP / Regional Officer, CTD Faisalabad Region and submitted in sealed form with samples/brochures/catalogue as applicable.
• Each bid must include technical and financial proposals (inclusive of all taxes) on the bidder's letterhead; bids must also be uploaded on the E-PADs portal before the closing date/time.

Bid security and performance guarantee:

• Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost (item-wise) in the shape of pay order or CDR under relevant PPRA rules. Pay order/CDR should be in favor of SSP / Regional Officer, CTD Faisalabad Region, Faisalabad and must also be uploaded on E-PADs.
• On acceptance, the successful bidder(s) will be required to provide performance guarantee as per PPRA rules; security will be refunded on satisfactory completion of the contract.

Documents & procurement portal:

• Tender documents are available on the PPRA website and via the Punjab e-procurement portal (eproc.punjab.gov.pk). The response time for submissions is calculated from the date of publication on the PPRA website.

• CTD Faisalabad Region reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. All other conditions mentioned in the tender document will apply.
