Kohsar University Murree — Admissions Open Fall 2026 (Apply by 2026-08-15)

Kohsar University Murree (a public sector university established by the Government of the Punjab) invites applications for Fall 2026 admissions. Online applications are open for morning and evening programs across Management, Humanities, Applied & Biomedical Sciences. Deadline to apply: 15 August 2026.

Programs Offered

Eligibility

• BS programs: Minimum 45% marks in Intermediate / A-Level or equivalent in the relevant field. Programs under accreditation purview shall follow eligibility criteria prescribed by respective accreditation bodies.
• BS (Lateral entry): Applicants must have 14 years of formal education (B.Sc. or equivalent) with a minimum 50% marks; Intermediate (or equivalent) with minimum 50% marks where applicable. Candidates may be required to pass the KUM entrance test where applicable.
• MS Food Science & Technology: Eligible candidates include BS/BS (Hons) in Food Science/Food Technology, BSc Hons Agriculture with Major in Food Technology, BS Food Safety, BSc Food Nutrition & Human Nutrition & Dietetics or equivalent (16 years of education) from recognized institutions.

How to Apply & Fees

• Apply online via the university admission portal: www.kum.edu.pk.
• After completing online application, submit the printed application to the concerned department through the Registrar Office (Admission Office, Admin Block, Kohsar University Murree).
• Application must be accompanied by an Original Demand Draft of Rs. 1000/- in favor of "Treasurer Kohsar University Murree" OR online payment to the Kohsar University Murree account (Account shown on the notice). Attach deposit slip with the application.
• Applicants may indicate up to three program preferences on a single application form.
