Kohsar University Murree (a public sector university) announces admissions for Fall 2026. Application deadline: 15 August 2026.

Eligibility

For BS programs: Minimum 45% marks in Intermediate / A-Level or equivalent in the relevant field. Programs under the purview of accreditation councils will follow additional criteria prescribed by those bodies.

For BS lateral entry: 14 years of formal education (e.g., B.Sc or equivalent) with a minimum of 50% marks, and Intermediate (or equivalent) with a minimum of 50% marks. Candidates must also qualify the Kohsar University Murree (KUM) entrance test where applicable.

For MS Food Sciences & Technology: Eligible candidates include those holding BS/BS (Hons)/BSc (Hons) degrees in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Science & Technology, Horticulture with major in Food Technology, Food Safety, Food & Nutrition, and BS Human Nutrition & Dietetics or equivalent 16-year qualifications from recognized institutions. All MS admissions must meet Kohsar University Murree and HEC requirements.

Applicants must meet all program-specific requirements and any additional accreditation conditions. BS and MS degrees will be awarded upon completion of the university and HEC minimum requirements. The university reserves the right to cancel admissions in any program.
