Pakistan Bureau of Statistics e-Tender – Supply of Stationery, Computer Consumables & Miscellaneous Items (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (Statistics House, 21-Mauve Area, G-9/1, Islamabad). The Bureau invites e-Bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers, reputed stationers and general order suppliers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for the supply of stationery, computer stationery (toners for printers, photocopiers, fax machines), and other miscellaneous items for Financial Year 2026-27. Procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 (as amended).

How to apply and key dates:

• Registration and submission: Interested bidders must register on EPADS (http://procure.gov.pk) and submit bidding documents online through EPADS. Bidding documents are also available via Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (www.pbs.gov.pk) and PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk).
• Submission deadline: 2026-08-13 by 11:00 AM (all documents to be uploaded/scanned on EPADS). No manual/hard copy bids will be accepted.
• Bid opening: 2026-08-13 at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room, PBS HQ, G-9/1, Islamabad. Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend.

Bid security must be in the form of Pay Order / Demand Draft / Bid Security in favour of DDO PBS; scanned copy to be uploaded on EPADS by the submission deadline. Sample items should be provided where possible. Procurement will follow Single-Stage One-Envelope procedure (Rule 36(a), PPRA Rules 2004). The Tender Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 33 of PPRA Rules-2004.
