Issuer: Privatisation Commission, Government of Pakistan. Purpose: Corrigendum to the Request for Statement of Qualification (RSOQ) related to the Expression of Interest (EOI) for the privatisation of Batch-1 DISCOs (FESCO, GEPCO & IESCO).
This addendum revises the definition and minimum requirement for Financial Statements to be submitted with the RSOQ.

| Revised Minimum Financial Requirement | Submit the entity's last three (3) years' audited financial statements, with the latest audited year being for the financial year ended 30 June 2025. |
| Conditional Provision | If the entity has financial statements for a financial year ending after 30 June 2025 that are not yet audited, those unaudited statements may be submitted as management accounts together with the last three (3) audited financial statements. A letter from the auditor must confirm when the audit of those management accounts will be completed. The final audited financial statements must be submitted no later than 2026-10-31. |
