Original tender was published on PPRA/DGIP websites on 30 June 2026 and advertised in national newspapers on 01 July 2026.

Availability of bidding documents: Bidding documents, including Terms & Conditions, Scope of Work, Instructions to Bidders, Evaluation Criteria, Bid Validity, Submission Requirements and Technical Specifications, may be obtained from the office of the Assistant (Logistics), Directorate General Immigration & Passports, Mauve Area, Sector G-8/1, Islamabad during office hours upon submission of a written request on company letterhead and payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 by Pay Order (PO) or Demand Draft (DD) in favour of Directorate General Immigration & Passports.
