University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore issues a mandatory notice for all candidates appearing in the Medical & Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT-2026) scheduled for 16 August 2026: production of the original and valid identity document at the examination centre is required for entry.

Verification and prohibited items:
- Biometric verification will be conducted at examination centres; only the original CNIC, JIC/Smart Card or original valid Passport (where applicable) will be accepted for entry.
- Not accepted: B-Form (Child Registration Certificate), school certificates (matric or higher), domicile certificate, educational institution identity cards, driving licences, photocopies, scanned/digital images, laminated copies, expired identity documents or any other certificate/document.
Advisory: All candidates are advised to obtain the requisite identity document from NADRA well before the examination date to avoid denial of entry.
