National Police Foundation (NPF) invites applications from experienced professionals for contract appointments (initial period 02 years, extendable) at its Headquarters in Islamabad. | Assistant Director (Works) | 01 | Master's/Bachelor's (16 years) in Civil Engineering or equivalent with minimum 05 years experience in civil works, infrastructure, housing/real estate management in large-scale public or private housing schemes/projects. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans; strong knowledge of estate laws and regulations. Mandatory PEC registration. Maximum age: 35 years. |
| Assistant Director Procurement & Coordination | 01 | Master's in Management Sciences, Business Administration (MBA), Public Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent from HEC-recognized university with 3–5 years' experience in large-scale government departments or private organisations in procurement, vendor management and supply chain operations. Responsibilities include procurement oversight, vendor management, policy support and preparing SOPs/reports. Maximum age: 35 years. |
| Assistant Director Testing & Assessment | 01 | Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, Public Policy, Economics, Social Sciences, Education or related field from HEC-recognized university with minimum 05 years' related experience. Assist recruitment projects and testing systems modernization; ensure security, transparency and confidentiality of candidate and test data. Age limit: 35 years. |
| Assistant Director (Litigation) | 01 | LLB or LLM (16 years of education) from HEC-recognized university with minimum 05 years post-qualification experience (High Court, government sector, in-house counsel or legal consultant). Provide legal opinions, represent the organization in courts/tribunals, prepare and vet contracts/documents (including FIDIC, PPRA, SECP matters) and ensure legal compliance. Age limit: 35 years. |
Application & Additional Instructions: Appointments are on contract basis for an initial period of 02 years (extendable). Degrees/certificates must be from HEC-recognized institutions; registration with PEC/Bar Council where applicable is mandatory.
