Public Auction: Toyota Hiace Vehicles — National Centre for Physics (NCP), Islamabad

Purpose: Open public auction of vehicles on an "As is, where it is" basis.

Auction date & time: 2026-08-10 at 11:00 AM. Venue for auction and vehicle pickup: National Centre for Physics, Shahdara Valley Road, near NIPS, Islamabad.

Inspection: Vehicles can be inspected from 2026-07-27 to 2026-07-31 during office hours (09:00 AM to 03:00 PM) at the National Centre for Physics, Islamabad.

Key terms and conditions:

a) Bidding will be by open bidding on an "As is, where it is" basis.

b) All bidders must present their original valid CNIC at the time of bidding.

c) Successful bidders must deposit 25% of the bid amount in cash on the same day into the NCP account. The remaining 75% must be deposited within 7 days; failure to do so will result in cancellation and forfeiture of the 25% deposit.

d) Cheque or bank draft will not be accepted.

e) Applicable government taxes will be charged: 10% for filers and 20% for non-filers as advance income tax. Any changes in tax rates by FBR will be applied as required.

f) The highest valid bid will be accepted. All taxes, transfer fees, registration charges, and related government expenses are the responsibility of the successful bidder.

g) The successful bidder is responsible for all post-purchase legal and administrative formalities.

h) The Competent Authority / Auction Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without prior notice.
