NHA Punjab West Invites e-Bids for Special Maintenance on N-130 (KM 28+00 to 29+00)

National Highway Authority (Punjab West Region, Mianwali) invites e-bids for one (01) Special Maintenance work on N-130. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (Active Taxpayers List) and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the required category and specialization. Procurement method: Single Stage - Two Envelopes. Bidding documents and detailed terms are available on the NHA and PPRA websites. Bids must be submitted electronically; bids sent by courier will not be accepted. Firms are advised to obtain required e-procurement/portal registration before submission.

Submission & opening: Bidders must upload e-bids on the NHA e-bidding system per instructions in the bidding documents. Technical bids will be opened as per the schedule in the bidding documents. Bidders must be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List and meet PEC requirements.
