Issuer: Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (South). Invitation to submit sealed bids for procurement of Half Mounting (Clothing) Stores, Government/Security Stores, Weapons, Vehicles, Plant Machinery and Workshop Tools for FY 2026-27. Supplies required for Turbat, Karachi, Quetta and Dalbandin.

Mandatory documents required with tender:

• Attested copy of firm's/owner CNIC.
• NTN certificate (issued at time of registration).
• Active Taxpayers List certificate verified by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
• Last year tax return certificate vetted by FBR.
• Bank statement for the last six months.
• Affidavit to assess the financial health of the firm.
• Affidavit clearly mentioning “NON BLACKLISTED FIRM” from any official/Government/Semi Government organization.

Submission details and bid conditions

• Tender documents, terms and technical specifications are available from Ordnance Branch, Headquarters Frontier Corps (South) on working days 0900–1700 hours.
• Quotations received without samples will not be accepted; any firm submitting quotation without samples will lose the chance of competition. Samples received after tender date will not be accepted.
• Bids shall comprise a single package containing two separate envelopes: Financial Proposal and Technical Proposal. Envelopes must be prominently marked.
• Tenders must accompany Bid Security equal to 5% of the total value of the quoted tender by means of Call Deposit/Bank Draft/Pay Order in the name of Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (South) Turbat.
• Bidding documents must reach Ordnance Branch Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (South) Turbat by 10:00 AM on the tender date; bids will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day in the presence of participants.
• Financial bids will be opened on the same day and will be valid up to 2027-06-30.
• Samples/supplied stores will be tested from recognized laboratories and testing charges will be borne by the concerned firm.
• Successful bidders will deposit 10% Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) before issuance of Purchase Order.
• Headquarters Frontier Corps reserves the right to reject or accept any firm without any reason.
