Issued by the Chief Municipal Officer. Primary auction date: 2026-07-27 at 11:00 am in the office of Municipal Committee Mirpur Mathelo. If no response, subsequent auctions will be held on 2026-07-29 and 2026-07-31 at 11:00 am.

Key Participation Instructions & Terms

1. Interested parties may take part in the open auction by depositing the security (10% of the official bid) as a pay order / demand draft for the amount shown against each contract.

2. The Authorized Council Person and Chief Municipal Officer, Municipal Committee Mirpur Mathelo reserve the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason or notice.

4. A defaulter contractor is not eligible to participate in the open auction.

5. The successful bidder will be liable to pay Income Tax and sales tax as per government policy.

6. If the Authorized Council Person and Chief Municipal Officer is out of headquarter or there is any district/provincial or federal holiday on the day of the auction, the auction will be held on the next working day.
