Key conditions:
- Bid security must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope with the name of the work clearly marked. If submitted as a bank guarantee, expiry must be at least 6 months after the bid opening date.
- Two copies of the BOQ (one original and one photocopy) must be sealed, pre-signed and stamped.
- Rates must be written in figures and words in separate columns; in case of conflict, the words will prevail.
- Tenders will not be issued or accepted by post/courier/telegraphic means. Incomplete bids may be treated as non-responsive. The Tender Evaluation Committee may request analysis of quoted rates. The Competent Authority may reject any or all bids.
