Issuer: Project Director, Chief Minister Package for Quetta Development. Procurement under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014.

Purpose: Execution of works for Year 2026 based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023. Single listed package:

Tender fee: PKR 1,000 (tender processing fee to be paid to account No. 002716, head PD, CMPOD). Bid security: 2% of estimated cost (Bank Guarantee / Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned).

Procurement procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bids are electronic only (no physical bids). Bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) of BPPRA and submit via the supplier dashboard.

Eligibility and qualification (as stated): presence on Active Tax Payer List; bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan; Balochistan Revenue Authority registration required; the bidding firm must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature; turnover of at least PKR 310,000,000 in preceding years showing financial capacity. Additional required experience: one IT works project completed in last 6 years costing at least PKR 100,000,000 and one building works project completed in last 6 years costing at least PKR 200,000,000.
