Final Notice: Clear Outstanding Dues — Callachi Cooperative Housing Society, Karachi

Issuer: Honorary Secretary, Callachi Cooperative Housing Society Limited, Karachi.

Purpose: Final notice requesting all members who have outstanding dues to pay immediately so ongoing development work can continue without interruption.

Details: The society reports completion of electricity, Sui Gas, water and sewerage projects. Work on the society office and parks is currently in progress and additional funds are required to complete remaining work. The Managing Committee issued earlier notices to members from September 2025 to January 2026 asking for clearance of outstanding dues.

Action Required: Members who have not yet cleared their outstanding dues are instructed to pay all amounts within 15 days from the date of this notice. Members are advised to treat this matter seriously and clear dues within the given time period.

Consequences of Non-Payment: In case of non-payment, the Society may take appropriate action against defaulting members according to the Society's By-Laws and applicable Cooperative Housing Society rules and regulations. Actions may include cancellation of the plot/allotment, subject to applicable legal provisions and approval of the competent authority.
