Quality and certification requirements: Valid ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 certificates are required. ISO 13485 is a mandatory requirement and must be approved by Pakistan National Accreditation Service (UKAS) / International Accreditation Forum (IAF) / International Accreditation Service (IAS). The firm must provide all three valid ISO certificates and relevant quality management system documents.
