E-Tender Notice — Development Schemes & Independence Day 2026 Arrangements — District Council Mandi Bahauddin

Office of the District Council M.B.Din (Mandi Bahauddin) invites e-tenders (Single Stage Single Envelope) from registered contractors on the EPADs system and with Pakistan Engineering Council for development schemes under the Annual Development Program 2026-27. Tender documents are available on the EPAD Dashboard. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with PPRA rules.

Key instructions:

- Bid submission deadline: 2026-08-01 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 2026-08-01 at 12:30 PM in the Hall of District Council, Mandi Bahauddin, in the presence of contractors or their representatives.

- Bid security: 5% of the quoted price (uploaded as per Punjab e-Procurement guidelines) in favour of District Council M.B.Din.

- Eligibility: Registered contractors on EPADs and with PEC for the relevant category and codes for FY 2026-27.

- Conditional tenders will not be entertained. Method of selection: least cost. Responsiveness and calculation of evaluation times will follow PPRA rules and the date of advertisement on the PPRA website.

- Contractors offering rates more than 4.99% below the estimated cost will be required to deposit additional performance and quality assurance security equal to the difference between estimated cost and quoted amount as per Finance Department instructions.

- All procurement activities will be conducted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Guidance and detailed upload instructions are available on the EPAD/PPS portals.
