Municipal Auction Notice — Collection Rights for Mirpur Mathelo (FY 2026–27)

Office of the Municipal Committee, Mirpur Mathelo (District Ghotki) invites sealed bids in open auction for the collection rights of specified municipal taxes/fees for the financial year 2026–2027 (01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027). The auction will be held under the Chairmanship of the Chairman Auction Committee/Chief Municipal Officer, Municipal Committee Mirpur Mathelo.

Auction date/time: 2026-07-27 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Municipal Committee, Mirpur Mathelo. If there is no response on the above date, subsequent auctions will be held on 2026-07-29 and 2026-07-31 at 11:00 AM for the 2nd and 3rd rounds respectively.

Key terms and instructions:

1. Interested parties may participate in the open auction by depositing the security (as shown in the table) through pay order / demand draft against each contract.

2. The authorized Council person and Chief Municipal Officer, Municipal Committee Mirpur Mathelo, reserve the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reason or notice.

3. Detailed contract information is available from the office of the Taxation Officer, Municipal Committee Mirpur Mathelo on any working day.

4. Defaulting contractors will not be allowed to participate in open auction.

5. The successful bidder will be obliged to pay Income Tax and Sales Tax as per government policy.

6. If the Authorized Council Person or Chief Municipal Officer is out of headquarter or there is any District, Provincial, or Federal holiday on the auction day, the auction will be held on the next working day.
