Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) – PMU invites e-bids from registered/prequalified firms for supply of conductors, power cables and control cables under FY 2026-27 procurement. Funds have been reserved and procurement will be processed through EPADS V2.0. Bidders must be registered on EPADS and submit electronic bids by the stated opening times.

Key procurement instructions and conditions:
- Bidders must submit e-bids via the EPADS V2.0 portal. Registration on EPADS is required prior to tender opening.
- Bids must be accompanied by the specified Bid Security in the forms acceptable to GEPCO (Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft) as detailed in the bidding document.
- Bid validity: 60 days from the bid opening date; Bid Guarantee must remain valid for at least 28 days beyond the bid validity period.
- Prices on EPADS must be entered inclusive of GST and applicable duties/taxes as required.
- GEPCO reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Additional details, bidding documents and submission instructions are available on EPADS V2.0.
