Pre-Qualification Notice for General Contractor — Maryam Nawaz Institute of Cardiology, Gujranwala

Issuer: Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP). Purpose: Pre-qualification (PQ) of general contractors for construction and infrastructure development of the Maryam Nawaz Institute of Cardiology at Gujranwala, including civil, architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire fighting works, external development works and deployment of all necessary material, labor, formwork, tools & machinery.

How to apply: Interested applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit a Pre-Qualification (PQ) Document containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website. Responses will be calculated exclusively from the date of advertisement publication on the Authority website.

Submission deadline: PQ documents must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 2026-10-23 no later than 03:00 PM. Pre-qualification proposals will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM on the Punjab e-Procurement System. If the last date for submission is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for proposal submission and opening.
