Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC) invites applications for three professional positions. Competitive, market-driven compensation will be offered based on experience and qualifications. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. | Deputy Program Officer – Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) (1) | Lahore-based | Bachelor (4 years) or Master’s/higher degree in Environmental (Engineering/Sciences), Occupational Health & Safety from HEC-recognized institutes. NEBOSH IGC and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification considered an asset. | Minimum 7 years relevant professional experience implementing and monitoring OHS systems for infrastructure projects, preferably under donor-funded programs (e.g., World Bank, ADB). Experience in developing OHS management plans, HIRA, incident investigation, audits, training, and reporting; sound understanding of World Bank ESF required. | 45 years |
| Quantity Surveyor (1) | Lahore-based | Diploma of Associate Engineer (Civil) from an institution recognized by the Government of Punjab | Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in scrutiny of structural drawings, quantity surveying, and preparation/scrutiny of rough and detailed cost estimates for civil, mechanical and electrical works | 45 years |
