Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC) invites applications for multiple positions under the Punjab Inclusive Cities Program (PICP). | 2 | Deputy Program Officer (Occupational Health & Safety - OHS) | Lahore | Bachelor's (04 years) / Master's or higher degree in Environmental Engineering/Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety from HEC recognized institutes. Certification in NEBOSH IGC and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor is an asset. | Minimum 07 years relevant professional experience in implementing and monitoring OHS systems for infrastructure projects, preferably under donor-funded programs (World Bank / ADB). Experience in developing OHS plans, hazard identification & risk assessment (HIRA), incident investigation, audits, training, and coordination with contractors and authorities. Understanding of World Bank Environmental & Social Framework (ESF) essential. | 45 years |
| 3 | Quantity Surveyor | Lahore | Diploma of Associate Engineer (Civil) from an institution recognized by the Government of Punjab | Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in scrutiny of structural drawings, quantity surveying, estimate preparation for civil works, procurement & contract management, and finalization of estimates for projects containing civil, mechanical and electrical items. | 45 years |
