MEPCO Tender: Supply of Three-Phase Bidirectional AMR Energy Meters (2895 Units)

Issuer: Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO). MEPCO invites e-bids under Single Stage, One Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules-2004 (amended) for supply of Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) energy meters.

Bidding documents including detailed terms and conditions are available to registered bidders on the EPADS V2.0 portal (www.epads.gov.pk). Interested bidders must register on EPADS V2.0 to download documents and submit e-bids.

Bid security/guarantee in original for the fixed amount specified in the bidding documents must be furnished in the shape of Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bid Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of the Chief Executive Officer, MEPCO. The original bid security must be submitted before the e-bid submission deadline to the office of the Director (Procurement), MEPCO, WAPDA Colony, Khanewal Road, Multan in an envelope clearly marked with the tender number; failure to do so will result in rejection. A copy of the same instrument shall also be attached with the e-bid on EPADS.

Tenders will be opened publicly in the office of the Director (Procurement), MEPCO, Multan in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend. This tender notice is also available on MEPCO and PPRA websites: www.mepco.com.pk and www.ppra.org.pk.
