Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Shahkot invites electronic bids from bidders, suppliers, manufacturers and firms registered with relevant authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax and professional tax) for framework contracts for the year 2026-27. Participation through the Punjab e-Procurement system is mandatory.
Submission deadline: 2026-08-10 (e-Procurement portal). Bids will be opened the same day at 01:00 PM in the Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Shahkot.
Key bid conditions: single-stage two-envelope open competitive bidding; original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque (issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan) must be delivered to the Procurement Officer before closing time. Bids submitted only through the government e-Procurement system will be accepted. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
